Show to salute Buhl Club

By Joe Pinchot

Herald Staff Writer

A 100-year-old man walks onto the stage and talks about the things that have happened during his lifetime.

"The 100-year-old man will be the Buhl Club," said actor Sam Perry of Hermitage, one of dozens of actors, dancers and musicians who will present an original performance piece at a fund-raising event for the Buhl Club.

The show, preceded by an art show and sale, will be held July 19 at Sharon High School.

More than 70 people have been involved in putting together the show, which is attracting new people every day.

"In just the last week, I got 15 more dancers," said principal organizer Stephanie Thiel of Sharon, a dancer and choreographer. "Thank God, Sharon High School has a big stage."
