Pulaski Township scored a victory in its battle against an adult-oriented sex shop that opened three years ago on Route 422.

The state Commonwealth Court last week denied the appeal of Adult Land XXX owner Eric Boron and his employees. If the appeal had been granted, the store would have been allowed to operate without following the township's licensing procedure.

Instead, the court found the township's adult use licensing ordinance constitutional.
