Cops: Ride from a stranger
ends in robbery, stabbing

A Vienna man was found robbed, beaten and stabbed multiple times early Saturday by the Pymatuning Township police, according to Chief John Miller.

Police found Matthew Border, 23, of 3644 Warren Sharon Road, was found walking along North Hermitage Road at about 3 a.m. Border told police he'd been at Headliners in West Salem Township and had accepted a ride from a stranger he'd met at the adult entertainment club. Once inside the car, police said the stranger held Border at knifepoint, robbing him of a large amount of cash and a mobile phone.
