Sharon Regional Health System's Home Health Agency and Hospice Care programs have moved to a new site and have new phone numbers.

The new location is 663 E. State St., Sharon, the former Pennsylvania Job Center/Unemployment Office.

The programs were previously located on North Kerrwood Drive in Hermitage.

The phone number for the Home Health Agency is 724-983-3875, and the phone number for Hospice Home Care is 724-983-3878.

The Home Health Agency extends comprehensive health and related services to individuals whose needs can be met in the home setting.

The advantages of home health care include lower costs, avoiding unnecessary placement in an institution, and the ability to remain more independent in the home setting.
