A Youngstown man has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh for robbing First National Bank of Pennsylvania's Wilmington Road office in New Castle on March 26, 2003. The one-count indictment named George Washington Penson, 40, of 925 Kenneth St., as the sole defendant. Penson could face up to 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine or both, according to a news release from U.S. Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan. |
