For residents of the 400 block of Wengler Avenue in Sharon, seeing their neighbors arrested on drug charges was a long time coming, but they said the wait was worth it.

Neighbors of Arthur Hebert III, 23, and Jessica Cimo, 20, both of 491 Wengler Ave., cheered and clapped as police conducted a Weed and Seed operation at 6:15 a.m. Wednesday, police said.

The neighbors asked not to be identified but all said that it's been a group effort to get the couple arrested. They said the problems started last August when the couple moved into the house.

One neighbor said as many as 50 cars a night stopped at the house. He said he took down as many license plate numbers as he could and turned them in to the police.
