The case against a Farrell woman charged with stealing money from the Slovak Home in Farrell will be heard in Mercer County Court of Common Pleas.

Shauna Vukovich, 24, of 1137 Wallis Ave., was arrested in June on charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy after she and Gary Vukovich, 44, of 911 Hamilton Ave., were caught on videotape stealing money from a safe at the home, Southwest Mercer County Regional police said.

Ms. Vukovich and her public defender Dana Flick stipulated at a preliminary hearing Wednesday that if testimony were heard, a judge would likely find that a crime had occurred and Ms. Vukovich may have been involved.
