It's been more than six weeks since Elliott Andre Campbell was shot to death outside a Sharon bar, but police say his suspected killer has been caught in Mississippi.

Sharon Police Capt. Michael Menster said police learned Michael Anthony Rogers, 29, whose last known address was Farrell, was in Greenville, Miss., and contacted police there. They raided a house Thursday morning and apprehended Rogers, Menster said.

An extradition hearing was set for Thursday evening, Menster said, and if Rogers waives extradition, a member of the Sharon police force or the Mercer County Sheriff's Department would go to Mississippi to get him.
