Timothy Bennett, 43, of 40 Grange Road, Shenango Township, formerly of Niles, Ohio, was found at 10:14 a.m. Thursday by another resident of the home, police said.

Bennett had been staying at the Grange Road home for the last several weeks, police said.

The death remains under investigation but there doesn't appear to be foul play, police said. Police said they "collected evidence" at the scene.

Police said they are awaiting autopsy results, including toxicology reports.
