A Sharon couple arrested on drug charges to the delight of their neighbors will make their next appearance before a judge in Mercer.

Arthur Hebert III, 23, and Jessica Cimo, 20, appeared Thursday before District Justice James E. McMahon, Sharon.

Hebert waived to Mercer County Common Pleas Court four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and single charges of criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and illegal use of solvents

Ms. Cimo waived to court a charge of criminal conspiracy to unlawfully deliver marijuana.

The couple, who were living at 491 Wengler Ave., were arrested July 31 by a Weed and Seed patrol. Neighbors worked with police in what they called "a group effort" to get the couple arrested.
