A Farrell woman accused of having sex with a 15-year-old boy will have her case heard in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.

Angela M. Odem, 27, of 1156 Wallis Ave., was charged by Mercer County Sheriff's Department with statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors.

Charges were waived for court at a preliminary hearing Aug. 15 by District Justice Henry J. Russo, Hermitage.

Police charged her with having sex with the boy between May 11 and June 11 at 940 Beechwood Ave., Farrell.

She admitted she had sex with him once, the police said.

Ms. Odem was released on her own recognizance.
