for fence By Joe Pinchot Herald Staff Writer
Dean Alexander, who owns property next to the Pierce Bluffs residential development, hopes Hermitage commissioners can legislate a solution to what he says will be a safety problem. Mill Creek Co., Youngstown, wants to build 19 single-family homes in a development called the Ledges at Pierce Bluffs. The development would come within 16 feet of Alexander's property. The company is building 27 homes in a development next door called the Villas at Pierce Bluffs. Alexander, of 615 Lamor Road, said he's worried about children and grandchildren of people who would live at the Ledges crossing onto his property and falling into a pond. |
