With a manicured lawn, this vintage Sharon home with curb appeal recently went on the market and is perfect for a growing family. But with an asking price of $7 million, this isn't for the typical home buyer. Buhl Mansion has been placed for sale by its owner, James E. Winner Jr., chairman of Sharon-based Winner International. Winner has been out of town and couldn't 00be reached for comment. To get an idea of what the price tag means, if a buyer were to plunk down 5 percent and secure a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage at 5.75 percent with no points, it would amount to a monthly payment of $38,807 or $465,684 annually. That doesn't include the $7,700 annual property taxes. Located a few blocks from downtown at 422 E. State St., the mansion was designed as a showpiece from the Victorian era. |
