Bob Evans Restaurant plans With the land development and subdivision plans for a Bob Evans Restaurant on the Hermitage commissioners' plate for Wednesday's meeting, Pat White looks forward to the day when people stop asking him the same question. "We're really glad that you're finally coming because we're tired of hearing people ask, 'When are they coming?' '' the Hermitage commissioner said. The restaurant chain based in Columbus hopes to break ground by the end of the year and serve the first diners in May or June. "We're glad to be here," said Dan Havener, director of engineering for Bob Evans Farms. The restaurant will front South Hermitage Road in the southern end of Hermitage Square Plaza. Part of the burned-out plaza will be torn down by plaza owner Hermitage Development Corp. to make enough room for the restaurant. |
