dealing, cops say Herald Staff Writer
A Greenville man found shot to death in a wildlife area near Vernon, Ohio, was dealing drugs before he died, police said Tuesday. Greenville-West Salem Township Police Chief Thomas R. Strahler said Charles Palm, 29, was under investigation for selling marijuana before his body was found in the Shenango Wildlife Area near Vernon, Ohio. "He was involved in at least two buys with undercover agents," Strahler said. The investigation by members of Task Force North, a drug unit overseen by the state Attorney General's office led to the arrest of four Greenville residents Tuesday. The task force includes police from Greenville-West Salem, Hempfield Township, Sharon. Police on Tuesday arrested Palm's girlfriend, Nadine Dennison, 42, of 3 S. High St.; her son, Jason Davidson, 21, of the same address; George Woods, 57, of 24 W. Main St., who Strahler described as one of Palm's acquaintances, and Keith A. Walker, 29, 81 W. Main St. |
