An assistant football coach from Farrell faces various charges after he was suspended from the Shenango Valley Midget Football League for the rest of the season and then allegedly assaulted a board member of the league.

Isaac L. Fields, 30, of 1012 Washington St., turned himself in at District Justice James E. McMahon's Sharon office at 9:39 a.m. Tuesday on a warrant for aggravated assault on a sports official, recklessly endangering another person and harassment, police said.

The warrant stemmed from an Oct. 16 incident, police said.
