Brookfield man sought in Palm case

The Ohio Highway Patrol is searching for Craig R. Kroner, 22, of 1392 Warner Road, Brookfield, whom they are calling a person of interest in the investigation of the shooting death of Charles Palm, 29, Greenville.

Troopers describe Kroner as a white male, 240 pounds, 5-foot-10-inches tall, with brown hair and blue eyes. He's believed to be driving a 1993 Chevrolet white panel van with the Ohio license plate EK54WS.

The vehicle resembles a delivery truck and there are no markings on the side of it, troopers said.

A hunter found Palm's lifeless body Oct. 10 in the Shenango Wildlife Area in Trumbull County, police said.

Greenville-West Salem Township police said Tuesday that before Palm's death they were investigating him in connection with marijuana sales and arrested four people on drug charges. They are: Palm's girlfriend, Nadine Dennison, 42, of 3 S. High St.; her son, Jason Davidson, 21, of the same address; George Woods, 57, of 24 W. Main St., whom police described as one of Palm's acquaintances, and Keith A. Walker, 29, of 81 W. Main St.

Another Ohio man, Bruce Coxson, 46, of 6777 state Route 88, Vernon, who was wanted for questioning in connection with Palm's death, was charged Friday with tampering with evidence in the case.

Anyone with information regarding Kroner is asked to contact the OHP's Warren post at 330-898-2311.
