Another person has been charged with selling drugs from the home of a slain Greenville man. Douglas Banic, 18, of 250 Ray School Road, Jamestown turned himself in to Greenville-West Salem Township police Tuesday on a warrant from Task Force North, which is made up of police from Mercer, Jefferson and Clarion counties. Banic was wanted on several charges, including delivery of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, marijuana possession and conspiracy. Banic sold an eighth of an ounce of marijuana for $35 to an undercover policeman, said Greenville-West Salem Police Chief Thomas Strahler. Banic allegedly sold the drugs out of the home of Charles Palm, a 29-year-old man who was found dead Oct. 10 in the Shenango Wildlife Area, Vernon Township, Ohio. |
