PennDOT will hold a public meeting to discuss plans to widen and improve Highland Road in Hermitage from North Hermitage Road to North Buhl Farm Drive at 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Hermitage City Building.

Members of the project team will make a brief presentation and take questions on the design and the right-of-way effects the project might have.
