When a Liberty Township man allegedly impersonated a game commission officer and demanded identification from some people spotting for deer, they turned the tables on him and asked him for his ID and went to police when he had none. A charge of impersonating a game commission officer filed against Walter V. Qualls, 50, of 164 Black Run Road was held to court Wednesday by District Justice Lawrence T. Silvis.
