have full ballots Tuesday By Nick Hildebrand Herald Political Editor Local voters will head to the polls Tuesday to decide who runs their towns, schools and county, who will dispense justice locally and statewide and answer ballot questions on child testimony and financing economic development. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. in Pennsylvania and from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Ohio. In Mercer County, voters are being asked to choose two new court of common pleas judges and three county commissioners. Also on the ballot here are municipal and school board races, three state Superior Court judgeships, one state Supreme Court race and two ballot questions that would allow children to offer their testimony via video in some cases.
