A Hempfield Township man was arrested Friday on charges of corruption of minors, police said.

Police arrested James Buie, 41, of 51 Sixth Ave., at 1:30 p.m. Friday at his home.

Between July and August, police said Buie allegedly massaged and photographed the buttocks of a 12-year-old girl.

He faces charges of two counts corruption of minors, three counts of indecent assault, 2 counts unlawful contact with a minor and one count of making obscene and other sexual materials and performance. Police said it did not appear that he published the photographs.

Buie was arraigned before District Justice William Fagley, Greenville, who set bond at $25,000. He faces a preliminary hearing at 1 p.m. Thursday.
