McClimans, Randall tie for borough council seat

Two people have tied for a seat on Jamestown council, according to unofficial results from Tuesday's election.

Michael McClimans, a Democrat, and Republican Chad Randall each received 94 votes for a council seat. Unoffical results show a write-in vote for McClimans, as well.
