March of Dimes will hold its seventh annual Star Chefs Gourmet Dining and Auction on Nov. 18 in Radisson Hotel of Sharon, Shenango Township.

The evening begins at 5:30 p.m. with cocktails and a silent auction. The grand buffet tasting follows at 6 p.m., where local chefs will prepare their specialties and signature dishes.

Participating establishments will be The Buzzard Box, Radisson Hotel, CW Dandy's and The Winner Institute. Wilhelm Winery, Hadley, will give samples of wine.

Each chef will be recognized before the 7 p.m. live auction, where culinary packages will go under the gavel.

Packages include a one-week Myrtle Beach vacation, iMac computer system and golf packages.
