A Farrell man who stormed into a city home and shot one of the occupants has been sentenced to 6 to 15 years in prison. Chinello A. "C-Lo" Blaski, 23, of 525 Spearman Ave., was sentenced Nov. 5 to 5 to 10 years on a charge of aggravated assault and 1 to 5 years on a charge of criminal trespass. The prison terms will be served consecutively. Mercer County Common Pleas Court Judge Thomas R. Dobson also ordered Blaski to pay $1,197 in restitution. Blaski broke through a window screen and stormed into the home of Daniel Dragicevic, 26, of 504 Beechwood Ave., at about 9:30 p.m. Sept. 25, 2002, police said. |
