An investigator for the compliance department of the state Department of Labor and Industry's Bureau of Worker's Compensation, Harrisburg, filed 349 criminal counts against Thomas J. Mavor, 64, and Helen Mavor, 56, of 312 W. Main St., and their business, Twice Loved Appliances Inc., which is in the Shenango Valley Mall.

L&I said the couple did not have worker's compensation insurance from Nov. 14, 2000, to Jan. 24, 2001, June 15, 2001 to March 18, 2002, and April 30, 2002 to June 30, 2002.
