Irrigation system, supply company moving into local industrial park

An irrigation producer is settling in Reynolds Industrial Park.

TICO Manufacturing Inc. has signed a deal to occupy a total of more than 20,000 square feet in the park which includes the former General Woodcraft building which will house its operations and another building which will serve as a warehouse.

The company has already occupied the warehouse and expects to locate in its operations building next week. Employing five locally, the company expects to increase its workforce to 12 to 14 within the next three years.

A privately-held company, TICO manufactures and distributes irrigation systems and equipment, slurry transfer and application equipment, snow-making pump systems and waste spray fields equipment and water transfer equipment.

Agricultural markets, golf courses, ski areas, dairies and schools are among the customers served by the company.
