By Joe Pinchot Herald Staff Writer A former Wheatland man has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in relation to charges that he shot and killed a neighbor in Hernando County, Florida. Charles Sarchet, 48, of Brooksville, Fla., entered his plea Monday, said Don Scaglione, senior assistant state attorney in the homicide division.
