For those hearty souls who want to taste the fares of 10 of Sharon's eating establishments and don't mind taking a walk in the cold, it's time for the annual Frostbite Foodtaste Footrace.

The event is set to begin at 7 p.m. Jan. 8 at the ACT bar on Sharpsville Avenue. Participants walk from establishment to establishment, stopping along the way to eat specialty food items and drink beverages at each place.
