Man injured in motorcycle accident
A Howland, Ohio, man remains in satisfactory condition this morning in the hospital of the Sharon Regional Health System following a motorcycle wreck, police said.
Curtis George, 22, will be charged with drunken driving following a wreck at 10 p.m. Wednesday at state Route 62 and Emmanuel Place, Sharon police said.
George was attempting to round the bend from Route 62 onto Irvine Avenue when he hit a utility pole, police said. He was thrown about 25 feet from his 1998 Kawasaki Vulcan and crawled back to the motorcycle where he passed out, police said.
