Artist sets show for paintings
Hempfield Township artist J.D. Titzel opens his studio for a two-day show of watercolor paintings and limited edition prints Friday and Saturday.
The event will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Stonehouse Gallery, 81 Gibson Road.
Titzel’s latest work includes weather vanes, old keys, birds, sea shells, lighthouses and barns. Local Amish scenes and works of the historic Bigler House also will be shown.
