PennDOT Secretary Bradley Mallory postponed a visit to Mercer County planned for Friday. He was to help the local PennDOT office celebrate its Agility Recasting Certification.
The certification was awarded for the office's restructuring of roadwork so it is shared between the agency and local municipalities.
