Grant will help fund exhibitbuilding at Grange fair
The Mercer County Grange Fair received a $3,887.50 grant from the Pennsylvania Agricultural Fair Program for improvements.
The grant is part of a 50/50 matching fund program and the money will be used to build a commercial exhibit at the Mercer County Grange Fairgrounds, according to a news release from state Sen. Robert D. Robbins, Salem Township, R-50th District.
The grant was approved by the Agricultural Fair Advisory Committee under the state Department of Agriculture.
