As we begin our 29th year
in business, we look back
with pride at the greenhouse
business and display gardens
our friends have helped us to
create. It is gratifying to pro-
vide our gar-
dening cus-
tomers with
a unique
shopping ex-
p e r i e n c e
that brings
them back to us season after
season.
We always strive to find
and offer the newest and
best plants in the industry.
As in the past, we will con-
tinue to offer our vegetable
gardeners one of the area’s
largest selections of heir-
looms and other varieties.
People going back to garden-
ing or just getting started
can count on us to do our
best to offer all the technical
help and plants they will
need for a bountiful harvest.
Our flower fanatics will be
pleased to find that we are
adding a spectacular selec-
tion of tropical plants for the
coming season. Our collec-
tion of hosta, already the
biggest in the area, contin-
ues to grow. We have many
other perennials with colorful
flowers and foliage to com-
plement your landscape.
The thousands of plants in
our display gardens now
grow and bloom over four
acres. We invite you to take
a stroll through our gardens
any time the greenhouse is
open or contact us for a pri-
vate tour.
This year will mark our
seventh annual “Evening in
the Garden.” You are wel-
come to join us for a sum-
mer night’s celebration with
delicious food and the com-
pany of friends and family.
Browse our website
www.djsgreenhouse.com for
a complete list of events and
hours. Please plan to join us
on opening day, April 14. Let
us treat you to a light snack
and beverage as you enjoy
all the spring colors our gar-
dens have to offer.
Newcomers and old
friends can find DJ’s Green-
house next to Shenango Riv-
er Lake, just a short drive off
state Route 18 at 1004 East
Lake Road, Delaware Town-
ship.

The Happy Eggplant
Gourmet Food & Kitchen
Shoppe became the “award-
winning” Happy Eggplant
last May and its owners give
all the credit to their cus-
tomers.
“We have the greatest
customers in the world,”
said Pamela Drobney. “They
are so supportive of the
store and have done so
much to promote the Happy
Eggplant to their friends and
relatives.”

Pamela is happy to offer
pizzelle makers manufac-
tured in Pennsylvania by the
third generation of an Italian
family.
The keystone of the store
continues to be first-pressed,
cold-pressed extra-virgin
olive oil from Greece and 12-
year aged balsamic vinegar
from Italy, which are both
offered with a refill program.
