give recommendations as to
what needs to be repaired,
replaced or completely over-
hauled.
This extensive plan will in-

done immediately, within the
first year, and a two to three
year long-vision plan.

specialist on a yearly basis,
always looking towards the
future to see what needs to
be taken care of immediately
and those things, maybe a
deck or an addition, that you
and your family would like to
build in a year or two.
