Taco Pinwheels 2 packages (8 ounce each) cream cheese
1 package of taco seasoning
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 can of black olives, chopped
1/2 cup of minced onions
1 package of shredded Cheddar or taco cheeses
1 package of flour tortillas (8 count)
1. With mixer, beat together cream cheese and taco seasoning. Add green and red peppers, olives, onions and cheese. Beat until mixed well.
2. Spread on flour tortillas. Roll up jelly roll style. Wrap in tin foil and refrigerate. (Best if refrigerated overnight.) Slice, serve and enjoy.
