Marj Smut's Hot Appetizer
3 cans water-packed artichokes, quartered or coarsely chopped
1 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped black olives
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 pint mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemon
1. Spread artichoke hearts and black olives in a shallow casserole.
2. Combine other ingredients and spread over.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
4. Serve hot on crackers, toasted pita triangles or sliced French bread.
