Potato Soup

8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and cut in bite-sized pieces

1 large onion, minced

1 carrot, minced

2 stalks celery, minced

1 stick oleo

1/2 cup Swiss cheese

1 pint whipping cream

Garlic powder

Pepper

Dill, to taste


1. Boil all ingredients for 20 minutes or until tender.

2. Drain excess water and remove from heat.

3. Add oleo, Swiss cheese and whipping cream. Simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper and dill to taste.
