Hidden Valley Ranch Cheese Ball

1 package original Hidden Valley Ranch Original Ranch Salad Dressing mix

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup milk

8 ounces of shredded Cheddar cheese, room temperature for 1 hour

6 ounces of cream cheese, room temperature for 1 hour

5 ounces of sliced almonds

1. Mix together salad dressing mix, milk and mayonnaise to make 1 cup. Use 1/2 cup and reserve other half. Mix salad dressing mixture with cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Beat well with electric mixer.

2. Cover and freeze for 30 minutes.

3. Shape into ball. Roll in almonds. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
