Cocktail Meatballs

1 1/2 pounds ground round

1 cup butter crackers, crushed

2 beaten eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 tablespoon instant onion flakes

2 teaspoons parsley flakes

Salt and pepper to taste

Dash of poultry seasoning

1 1/2 cups chili sauce

1 1/2 cups grape jelly


1. Place ground round, crushed crackers, beaten eggs, milk, onion flakes, parsley flakes, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning in large bowl. Mix well and form into small balls.

2. Place meatballs on a large cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

3. Heat in small saucepan chili sauce and jelly, until jelly is melted and mixture is hot.

4. Place meatballs in slow cooker and pour sauce over top of them. Cook on low heat 3 to 4 hours. Recipe makes about 80 small meatballs.
