Pizza Dip

16 ounces sour cream

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni (or favorite pizza topping)


1. Mix sour cream, pizza sauce, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese well.

2. Spread on round serving platter to make base of pizza.

3. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; top with pepperoni. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

4. Serve with Italian bread slices, flat bread or bread sticks as dippers.
