Pineapple Cheese Ball

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup minced green pepper

2-3 teaspoons minced green onion tops

1 small can crushed pineapple, drained well

2 tablespoons sugar

1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans


1. Mix peppers, onion, softened cream cheeese, pineapple, salt and sugar. Form into the size of ball you want.

2. Roll in chopped nuts and garnish with a red cherry if desired.

3. Can be frozen and reshaped if necessary. Serve with crackers.
