Amerixican Style Appetizer 4 pieces medium flour tortilla
1 cup shredded yellow American cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1. Brush on or spray butter or margarine front and back of flour tortillas and cook the front until golden brown.
2. Turn it over and sprinkle both cheeses on one until melted. Fold in half and serve with sour cream or salsa.
