Aegean Chicken Livers 1 pound chicken livers
Garlic powder
Coarse ground black pepper
Oregano
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 lemon, sliced in rounds
1/4 pound margarine, cut in patties
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup white wine
1. Place livers in single layer in shallow pan.
2. Season well with pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Place chopped scallions on top of livers, along with lemon slices and margarine patties.
3. Pour lemon juice and wine over livers and bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes until done.
