Cheesy Tomatoes 5 tomatoes
3 cups shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
Garlic salt, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Oregano, to taste
1. Rinse and slice tomatoes. Cover broiler pan with foil.
2. Place tomatoes on top broiler pan. Sprinkle garlic salt, pepper and oregano over tomates, to taste.
3. Top with mozzarella cheese and broil until cheese melts or browns, depending on your taste. Serves 4.
