Confetti Vegetable Marinade 3 tomatoes
3 cucumbers
2 red onions
2 green peppers
Marinade:
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup oil
1 1/2 teaspoons mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed
1. Cut vegetables in chunks.
2. Mix vegetables and marinade.
2. Refrigerate and stir every so often.
