Avocado and Grapefruit with Radicchio, Bibb Lettuce served with Lime Vinaigrette 1 ripe avocado, sliced
1 jumbo grapefruit, sectioned
1 head raddicchio, shredded
1 head Boston Bibb lettuce
Vinagrette:
3 limes, squeezed
1/4 cup champagne vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
Kosher salt
Pepper
1. First layer is bibb lettuce.
2. Second layer is grapefruit sections.
3. Third layer is, avocado slices.
4. Fourth layer is shredded Raddicchio.
5. Mix ingredients for vinaigrette and drizzled over all.
