Lettuce and Cauliflower Salad 1 head of lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
1 small to medium head of cauliflower, cut in small pieces
2 cups chopped onions
1 pound bacon, cooked and broken into pieces
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1. In a 9-by-13-inch pan, layer lettuce, cauliflower, onion and bacon.
2. Mix together the ingredients for the dressing and spread over lettuce layer.
3. Let stand overnight. Mix before serving. Serves 10-12.
