Broccoli Salad 1 bunch broccoli
1/2 cup bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Dressing:
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 onion, chopped finely
1. Mix ingredients for dressing, cover and chill for 30 minutes.
2. Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Add crumbled bacon, raisins and nuts.
3. Pour dressing over salad and chill for 30 minutes. Yields 4 to 6 portions.
