Chicken Stuffing Casserole 2 boned chicken breasts, cut into about 1-inch cubes
1 package (6 or 8 ounces) stuffing mix
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) chicken broth
1 package fresh or 1 can of mushrooms
1. Butter bread dish or deep 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Add raw cut up chicken.
2. Cover with mushrooms, add stuffing and mix.
3. Pour chicken broth over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4-6.
